RenuRx Terms of Service

By accessing or using the RenuRx application, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

RenuRx provides services that include:

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Health and Prescription Information

You authorize RenuRx to collect, use, and share your health and prescription information in compliance with applicable laws including HIPAA. This may include:

Communication with healthcare providers

6. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all charges associated with services rendered. This includes copays, out-of-pocket fees, and delivery charges where applicable. Payments are processed via secure third-party systems.

7. Use Restrictions

You may not:

Misuse or attempt to reverse engineer the application
Provide false or misleading information
Upload malware or attempt to breach our systems
Use the Services to violate any law or regulation

8. Consent to Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receiving messages via email, SMS, app notifications, or phone calls for service updates, refill reminders, billing, and account alerts. You may opt out of non-essential communications.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Disclaimers

RenuRx does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment decisions. Our Services supplement, but do not replace, advice from your licensed healthcare provider. You use our Services at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenuRx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, personal injury, or data loss.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RenuRx, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, delivery services). RenuRx is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of these third parties.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, and waive the right to class action claims or jury trials.
